Improving your agency’s quality never ends, and exactly what CMS is getting at with VBP. Good should never be good enough. Use QAPI and process improvement to take your agency to the next level. A generalized approach to quality may not have the impact expected. How do we aim what it is we are doing to gain quality improvement? We will discuss a PDSA improvement project that we did and the positive results we obtained and the sustained improvement with repeats of the same process multiple times.
