Position your organization ahead of the curve and establish best practices for survey readiness.
Healthcare organizations should stay proactive with survey readiness. Providers who prepare ahead of time reduce the risk of state survey agencies or accrediting bodies finding deficiencies and tags during surveys. With our detailed approach to mock surveys, including feedback via a comprehensive scorecard and recommendations, you will feel confident in understanding your organization’s readiness or target areas of improvement. McBee positions your organization to be proactive and establish best practices in your day-to-day operations.
McBee is recognized as a Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) Certified Consultant, demonstrating its commitment to excellence. As an approved accreditor by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), CHAP has acknowledged Mcbee for exemplifying CHAP’s competencies and standards in their services. This accreditation empowers McBee to provide continued support to our clients in maintaining exceptional quality and upholding compliance through robust processes and procedures.
The McBee Advantage
Whether being proactive prior to an upcoming survey or addressing internal concerns, McBee can assist with preparation and proactive response by conducting a mock survey. McBee’s mock survey includes an onsite visit from one of our consultants who are experienced in surveys and knowledgeable about all Conditions of Participation (CoPs). The mock survey includes interviews, ride-along visits and chart reviews similar to what a state or accreditation surveyor would perform during an official survey.
McBee’s Mock Survey will end with a detailed summary and a score based on findings related to the CoPs. Based on that score, McBee will recommend an action plan of continued self-auditing, a new performance improvement plan (PIP), or process changes based on the findings.
