McBee and Quality in Real Time (QIRT) were the two largest, quality-focused service providers delivering solutions to the post-acute community. Combined, McBee and QIRT now form the largest organization delivering solutions to meet the unique needs of individual healthcare organizations so they can focus on what really matters – providing quality, patient-centered care.

Together, we will continue delivering next-level solutions that help organizations manage change, develop solid strategies, enhance financial results, and improve clinical outcomes.

Our purpose is to help our clients turn challenges into opportunities with our 400+ associates who work to help you achieve your mission and develop strategies to support your goals.

Where Quality Comes First.

McBee and QIRT share a deep-rooted foundation in their commitment to delivering quality healthcare consulting solutions and services. Working with us, you’ll have the resources, reporting, and strategies you need to deliver quality, patient-centric care and enhance financial outcomes.

We are excited where QIRT landed. To further our mission of empowering healthcare providers, QIRT needed to achieve economies of scale to continue to deliver high quality, while expanding to meet client demand. It was important to anchor QIRT to a company who shares our values for the industry, and we’ve found that in McBee.
