Kathleen Peirce, RN, BSN, MS
President, Executive Director, and Chief Nursing Officer – VNA of Care New England

Kathleen Peirce has been a registered nurse for more than 30 years. Her experience includes acute care and 20 years of Home Health and Hospice care. Kathy joined the VNA of Care New England in 2014 after working for Hartford HealthCare and Masonicare Home Health and Hospice in Connecticut, serving as Chief Operating Officer. She is a graduate of Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH, and Rensselaer at Hartford, in Hartford, CT, where she earned a Master of Science in Management. Kathy has served on a number of community boards and committees. Currently, she is serving as a board director on the Visiting Nurse Association of America (VNAA) board and the Rhode Island Partnership for Home Care (RIPHC) Board. Additionally, Kathy is representing the RIPHC on the Medicare Board of Advisors and as their Education Chair as well as the chair of the Board Clinical committee for VNAA.

Laura Page-Greifinger, BSN, RN, MPA

Laura Page-Greifinger is well known throughout the home care industry and spoke at a number of locations for the NAHC Road Summit on PDGM. She continues to speak throughout the country on PDGM and is called on by many big (and small) home care providers to guide them through this change. Laura has spoken many times in the past two years on a number of matters including: PDGM, COP’s, quality cycle management, document improvement process programs, OASIS & coding matters and regulations.

Maria Warren 
Consulting Director – McBee

Maria Warren has been with McBee for more than nine years and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in healthcare financial and revenue cycle management to home health and hospice agencies nationwide. Maria leads her team in revenue cycle assessments, CBO set-up and re-design, and interim management positions. Her areas of expertise include revenue cycle re-design and strategy, EMR feature functionality reviews, post-acquisition financial reconciliations, and clinical diligence support. Maria is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University where she received her bachelor’s degree in Health Policy and Administration. She is a member of HHFMA and speaks regularly on revenue cycle best practices at conferences nationally.
