I found my niche in end-of-life care because of how it addresses the whole person, their whole family, their whole life comes to the service at the end, and we take care of the whole family.” – Dr. G

When it comes to hospice care, it’s important for families to get the care, quality and comfort for their loved ones as they navigate end-of-life care. In this episode McBee Vice President Maria Warren talked with Dr. Kaishauna Guidry, MD, HMDC, CEO of Mourning Dove Medical. “Dr. G” talks about her commitment to physician education for the benefit of the patient and their loved ones.

Along with a 9-to-5 job Dr. G runs her own business, a mobile physician practice. She recently published her own book on hospice physician documentation requirements, and describes it as a workflow framework for hospice physicians so they can be ready for the work.
