Wayne, Pennsylvania (August 18, 2016)

Keith BorochMcBee is proud to announce that Keith Boroch has joined the company as Practice Director of Wayne Consulting. He brings leadership and development to the practice as he guides initiatives to improve clinical and financial outcomes for providers in the post-acute care space.

Keith has more than 30 years of strategic, operational, and financial leadership experience in health care and financial service environments, having recently served in chief executive positions across New Jersey and Pennsylvania post-acute care networks.

Most recently, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Barnabas Health Home Care and Hospice, he led Barnabas’ partnership agreement with Visiting Nurse Association Health Group with the goal of improving the quality and efficiency of care and reducing hospital readmissions. Together, the facilities provide home care, palliative, and hospice services to more than 10,000 patients each day.

“We are very happy to have Keith on board. His insight on the direction of health care reform and on-the-ground experience in creating the joint venture with VNA Health Group make him the perfect addition to our team. We’re looking forward to deepening our expertise in post-acute operations and services. He’ll be a great mentor for our staff,” said Mike Dordick, Executive Vice President, Principal.

While at Barnabas, Keith’s service redesign and relationship building helped increase admissions by 20%. He implemented a patient centered service culture and developed a strategy to transition patients from acute to post-acute care.

During his tenure as President at Visiting Nurse Association of St. Luke’s, the agency was recognized twice as one of the nation’s top quartile home health agencies by OCS HomeCare and Decision Health’s HomeCare Elite.

“I’m excited to share what I’ve learned over the past 15 years in home care with clients across the country. I’m particularly interested in helping hospital systems, home care, and hospice providers in the evolving clinical and financial environment,” Keith said.
