Amber has more than 20 years’ experience in health care as a registered nurse, with more than 10 years in the care management and denials management. She utilizes her experience to work with providers to recover significant financial losses and improve the patient outcomes by implementing robust care management quality assurance and training processes. She also provides strategic guidance and leadership in developing a centralized, multidisciplinary approach to utilization management.
