Jeff Clayton, Vice President of Acute Consulting at McBee, and Mitchell Schwartz, Manager at McBee, will present “Role of Analytics in Revenue Integrity,” detailing how analytics can be used to preserve and optimize revenues. They will utilize a case study format to help attendees understand the analytics and supporting tools and techniques used to optimize revenue integrity. They will also provide example opportunities that attendees may find at their own institutions. The takeaways from the session will be an approach that institutions can use to optimize revenue integrity through analytics at their own organization.
Jeffrey Clayton is Vice President, Principal with McBee. He utilizes his expertise in revenue cycle functions and financial management to lead the firm’s acute consulting practice. Mitchell Schwartz has over 15 years consulting experience in revenue cycle management. Mitch is a Consulting Manager with McBee, working in the Revenue Integrity service line. Serving in this role he has completed several revenue integrity engagements for hospital clients with many engagements identifying $1M or more in revenue opportunities for the client.
