Wayne, Pa. (February 19, 2020) — National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) announced that McBee post-acute leadership will be presenting at their series of 2020 PDGM National Summits. McBee will deliver insights gleaned from working with providers across the home health landscape on all aspects pertaining to the new reimbursement model, including clinical, operational, business analytics and financial topics.
The one-day intensive educational summits will focus on how PDGM (Patient Driven Groupings Model) is affecting home health agencies so far within 2020 and provide best strategies for achieving success under the model this year and beyond. The summits are in 12 strategic locations across the country from March to April, giving providers everywhere an opportunity to gain the necessary insight and tools for adapting to PDGM.
Last year, McBee partnered with NAHC to present six sessions at the first-ever PDGM National Summits that focused on educating home health agencies on the changes under the new model and the predicted impacts the new guidelines would have on daily operations and reimbursement.
“NAHC’s PDGM Summits bring expert insight and industry advocates together to help better navigate the changes brought about by PDGM for home health providers everywhere,” says Mike Dordick, President of McBee and a featured speaker at the 2019 and 2020 Summits. “The 2019 Summits were an extreme success, and McBee is honored to join NAHC’s PDGM Summits once again and play an important role in delivering valuable knowledge and resources that aid in the providers journey to PDGM success.”
