Wayne, Pa. (December 22, 2017) – From families to animals in need, McBee made their communities more like home this holiday season. McBee employees donated items to the Philadelphia Chapter of Cradles to Crayons, Pennsylvania SPCA, Henrico Christmas Mother, Howard County Food Bank, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The company collected baby items, books, clothing, toys, pet supplies, and non-perishable food for the organizations. These efforts are a part of the company’s larger “Be McBee” initiative, which involves employees in community activities.
“I’m heartened by Team McBee’s generosity this season,” said Marty Brutscher, Chief Executive Officer. “As a part of our ‘Be McBee’ initiative, we look forward to giving back throughout the year.”
The Howard County Food Bank provides food to Howard County, MD residents in need. The organization is committed to alleviating the effects of hunger by providing adequate and nutritious food items to families.
