Lisa Linton, Consulting Manager, CRCE-I, CHAM, will present the session “Establishing Centralized Functions: A Case Study for Patient Access,” which will demonstrate how a hospital patient access group transformed into a health system centralized pre-access team without purchasing new equipment or adjusting staff. Attendees will learn key strategies to transform patient access to improve access to care, collaborate with clinical departments to improve pre-access services, and minimize outpatient imaging service leakage.
