McBee senior leaders will present two educational sessions on value based purchasing and the impact of CJR on post-acute care operations at the Homecare Homebase (HCHB) Users Conference. The conference is being held June 15-17 in Dallas, TX.
Mike Dordick, Executive Vice President, Principal will serve on the panel discussion, “Value Based Purchasing: What Keeps You Awake at Night?” The session will take place on Thursday, June 16 at 9:30 a.m. CT.
Panelists and attendees will discuss the impact of value based purchasing on operations and financial health. Panelists will cover how organizations are planning for operational changes and implementing processes to ensure success.
Maria Warren, Senior Manager, and David VanderGast, Senior Manager, will present “Unbundling CJR: How to Win at your Gainsharing Agreements.” The session will take place on Thursday, June 16 at 1:45 p.m CT.
This session will give insight into preparation for bundled payment agreements and how to best utilize HCHB to capture vital metrics and gauge success under incentive models. It will also help agencies gain an understanding of acute providers’ responsibilities for CJR, their operational processes, and who they will partner with under bundled payments.
