Wayne, Pa. (January 24, 2018) – McBee’s Assistant Vice President of Post Acute Consulting, Keith Boroch, will moderate a panel discussion, “Pre-Acute Strategies for Home Health,” during the Home Care 100 Leadership Conference in Orlando, FL, on Jan. 29.

The engaging panel discussion will focus on how home care agencies will become principal players in this pre-acute population health movement. Panelists will discuss the merits of preventing unwarranted inpatient admissions and spell out the economic path that turns pre-acute from a private-pay model into a viable, reimbursable long-term strategy within a value-based payment structure.

Panelists include:

  • Shannon Abbott, VP Clinical Programs & Innovation, Amedisys, Inc.
  • Darby Anderson, EVP & CDO, Addus HomeCare
  • Patty Upham, Director Care Transitions, FirstHealth of the Carolinas
