Arrica CantyWayne, Pa. (March 29, 2018) – McBee is proud to announce that Arrica Canty has been promoted to Senior Manager of Care Management. She has more than 20 years of experience in the health care industry with over 17 years as a Registered Nurse and 14 years of case management experience in hospital, home health and academia environments.

As Senior Manager of Care Management, she directs the daily monitoring of all aspects of care management client engagements. This includes training and mentoring utilization review clinical staff and preparing work plans for new care management engagements—from the development of timelines to implementation of live coverage.

“We’re excited to have Arrica on board,” said Colin Preston, Assistant Vice President of Client Services.  “Her breadth of experience in the acute and post acute arenas position McBee to continue to bring our clients the best in Care Management services.”

Prior to joining McBee, Arrica held numerous roles that gave her a broad base of operational experience in case management, utilization review, quality management, and medicolegal realms. She has worked for McBee in various capacities since 2010, holding the previous role of Clinical Consultant.

Arrica is an active member of the Case Management Society of America, the National Association of Women Business Owners and the Central Piedmont Community College Medical/Office Advisory Board. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of North Carolina at Charlotte and holds certifications in Legal Nurse Consulting and Case Management.
