Director of Bundled Rates Contracting at Johns Hopkins HealthCare, and Marty Brutscher, Chief
Executive Officer at McBee Associates, will discuss the keys to managing a successful bundled
payment program in light of CCJR model taking effect April 1, 2016. This webinar will be held

Trisha Frick-Hoff, MS, RN, Director of Bundled Rates Contracting at Johns Hopkins HealthCare,
has more than 28 years of health care experience and joined the system in 1986 as a nurse. After
providing direct patient care and nursing supervision for almost a decade, she began her career in
managed care in 1995. She created a Bundled Rates Contracting Office that is now managing over
$37 million in revenue annually for bundled rate agreements that include transplants and
cardiovascular and orthopedic services.

Marty Brutscher, CEO, McBee Associates has more than 30 years of health care operations
experience, with particular emphasis in areas of the revenue cycle, compliance, risk management,
and financial management. Marty carries out the mission of the firm by helping health care providers
